2 yr old Preschool (2 by Sept 30^th), Tues/Thurs 8:30-11am, $199 month

Children must be 2 by Sept 30th.  The 2's meet twice a week for a fun hands on structured class with a phonics based curriculum.  Our curriculum is based around a focus letter for each week.  Goals for the 2 yr old class include:  Learning to participate/cooperate in group activities without Mom,  colors, shapes and number recognition, counting to 10, upper case Alphabet recognition A-Z, introduction of A-Z sounds, The 2 yr old class is a PRE-writing class.  We use a lot of different manipulatives such as play dough, beading, lacing and cutting to strengthen your child's fine motor skills so they can begin writing in the 3 yr old class.  We introduce scissors as a valuable tool on the path to writing.   There is a monthly field trip to such places as The Little Gym, Pumpkin patch, Sports Bounce etc.  Parents are required to attend field trips with their child.  A peanut free snack is provided, potty training is NOT required.  A school year, Sept –June commitment is required.  I strive to make learning fun and exciting; school should be a place your child can't wait to come back to. 

  3 yr old Preschool (3 by Sept 30^th), Mon/Wed 8:30-11:30am, $229 month

Children must be 3 by Sept 30^th, potty training is NOT required.  The 3's meet two mornings a week with a third morning optional for a fun, hands on structured class with a phonics based curriculum.  Our games, activities and crafts are based around a focus letter for each week.  Goals for the 3 yr old class include:  Improving social skills,  Counting to 20, number recognition to 10, Upper and lower case Alphabet recognition A-Z, reinforcement of A-Z sounds.  For those children that have mastered the alphabet and know the sound each letter makes, we move on to sounding out simple 3 letter words.  The 3 yr old class is considered a PRE-writing class.  We trace shapes and letters with a variety of mediums to prepare the children for the next year where they will write independently.  We use a lot of different manipulative such as beading, lacing and cutting to continue strengthening your child's fine motor skills.  Scissors are a valuable tool on the path to writing.  There is a monthly field trip to such places as Jumping Jack Sports, Pumpkin patch, Fire station etc.  Parents are required to attend field trips with their child.  A peanut free snack is provided, potty training is NOT required.  A school year, Sept –June commitment is required.  I strive to make learning fun and exciting, school should be a place your child can't wait to come back to. 

 4 yr old Preschool (4 by Sept 30^th), Mon/Wed/Fri 12noon-3:00, $309 month

Children must be 4 by Sept 30^th.  The 4's meet three afternoons a week with the option of two additional afternoons for a fun, hands on structured class with a set curriculum.  Our curriculum is phonics based.  Our games, activities and crafts are based around a focus letter for each week.  Before entering into the 4 yr old preschool class children should be familiar with the alphabet, numbers 1-10 and be comfortable using scissors.  Goals for the 4 yr old class include:  Improving social skills,  Counting to 30, number recognition to 20, Upper and lower case Alphabet recognition, reinforcement of A-Z sounds.  As the children master the alphabet and its sounds we move on to sounding out simple 3 letter words.  The 4 yr old class is the first true writing class.  Children will learn to grasp a pencil properly and write the ABC’s.  We continue to use different hands on manipulatives to strengthen your child's fine motor skills.    There is a monthly field trip to such places as The Fire station, Pumpkin patch, Jumping Jack Sports etc.  Parents are required to attend field trips with their child.  A peanut free snack is provided.  A school year, Sept –June commitment is required.  I strive to make learning fun and exciting, school should be a place your child can't wait to come back to.

 Mom’s Morning Out (18 mo – 4 yrs), Tues/Thurs 11:30-2:30, Fri 8:30-11:30, $99 month

MMO gives you a few hours each week to run errands on your own while your child enjoys arts and crafts, singing and circle time etc.  MMO is a playgroup with a lot of the same qualities as the preschool programs without as much structure.  MMO is the perfect first “school” experience for those not quite old enough/ready for a structured preschool environment.  We play with shaving cream, paint with pudding, jiggle Jell-O, paint, glue, cut and glitter.  We have singing as well as circle time.  A peanut free snack is provided, potty training is NOT required.  A school year, Sept –June commitment is required.  MMO is open to children 18 months and walking through kindergarten.
